Wonderful old farmhouse with 3 hectare plot with fantastic views of surrounding countryside in the small village Stajngrova half way between Maribor and Murska Sobota near the town of Benedikt. The farm dates back to 1808 and for much of this time has been a working farm. The 3 hectares of land is mostly connected to the property. Around the house it is flat and there is an attractive garden. The rest of the land consists of old vines (no longer in use), meadowland and forest on a hillside. The house consists of: main bedroom (2.5m × 5m), small bedroom (2.5m × 3m), living room with an working ceramic stove (5.5m × 4m), kitchen (2.5m × 4m) and a toilet with shower. These rooms are in habitable condition but require modernisation. In addition there is a large area with an old wine press (6m×7m) , which could be transformed into living area subject to appropriate permissions. There is also a workshop and a wood store area. There is a cellar below the house measuring approximately 70m2. The cellar has wonderful old characteristics such as arched ceilings. The roof and roof construction are good but the house needs general renovations / modernisation.
