THE SLOVENIA CAPITAL BUILDER Investment: Investors will provide equity investment for the development and will receive returns of 18% per annum. The return to each Investor is paid as the development nears completion, after 4-5 years, giving an overall return of up to 72% - 90%.The investment is SIPP approved for UK investors wishing to use their pensions.
