Attractive older farmhouse with out building and extensive land plot in a beautiful location on the Most na Soci - cepovan road circa 5 km south of the beautiful lakeside town of Most na Soci and the Soca valley and a couple of kilometers closer to the Idrijca river which offers fantastic fly fishing as well as various places to swim. The farmhouse measures 159m2 and consists of a large living room, 2 bedrooms and an additional smaller room on the ground floor. There is a cellar under half of the house and scope for another 3 bedrooms in the loft. There is also an outbuilding of 127m2 and further 432m2 of building land both offering scope for further development. Beautifully renovated traditional Slovenian alpine style farmhouse in a beautiful but accessible position overlooking the Idrijca river in the small village of Dolenja Trebusa, south of Tolmin within easy reach of skiing at Cerkno (20 minutes), the attractions of the Soca valley and Most na Soci (20 minutes) and ideally positioned for lovers of fly fishing (the house is just second from the Idrijca which is a popular flyfishing river). Very large agriculturally designated land plot which features a traditional 'kozolec' (hayrack) outbuilding. The house is on 4 floors and comprises 3-4 bedrooms depending on final layout. With the exception of some minor finishing works the whole house has been renovated to a very high standard using old timbers and retaining original features as far as possible.

Charming and excellently priced rustic alpine style holiday cottage in the lovely sunny mountain village of Temljine above Kneza village which is 10 minutes drive east of Most na Soci. The house features a kitchen, separate living room / dining room with traditional ceramic wood stove on the ground floor. On the floor above are to bedrooms and stairs up to the loft room which also has external access. The loft room is unconverted at resent but could be made into an additional bedroom. To the rear of the house is a small garden and there is a small courtyard adjoining the house on the ground floor. 50m up the road is a garage / storeroom. The house is South facing and sold furnished. It is in move in ready condition and has been rewired and replumbed not too long ago. An excellent value choice for a small but beautiful holiday home in the Soca valley region.

The house comprises storeroom, dining room, bathroom, utility room and large heating room / workshop on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a generous landing and 3 excellent sized double rooms and newly renovated bathroom. There is an additional room which is unfinished and could make a lovely living room. This room has direct access from outside via a staircase so there would be scope to make a separate apartment subject to relevant permissions. the loft is unconverted and offers a very large space which could be converted to give significant additional living space. There is a large cellar with separate external access and an outbuilding / shed. Adjoining the house is a very nice garden area with lovely views down the valley and large land plot on the other side of the access road. One of our favourite Soca Valley area properties.

Old house requiring near total renovation (perhaps needs to be demolished) in a great position on the edge of Grahovo ob Baci in the heart of the Baca Grapa valley 15-20 minutes drive East of Most na Soci / Tolmin. Lovely building land plot in the upper part of the village of Stiska Vas which is located half way up Krvavec mountain at circa 900m above sea level and just a 10 minute drive to pistes at Krvavec - one of Slovenia’s leading ski resorts. The local vicinity offers outstanding and beautiful walking and mountain biking from your doorstop and a variety of other Summer and Winter sports including paragliding and the Summer fun park at Krvavec. There is a restaurant a few minutes drive away up the mountain or at Krvavec and a wide range of facilities in Cerklje 15 minutes drive away in the valley. The charming medieval town of Kamnik is 20 minutes drive and Ljubljana is just a 40 minutes drive. This wonderful Bovec style holiday chalet is located in a beautiful position in the midst of the Triglav National Park outside the charming village of Strmec on the Predel mountain pass which runs between Bovec and the Italian border in a truly spectacular, wild and unforgettable mountain location with outstanding views, peace and tranquility. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room, kitchen, sotreroom and toilet (NB currently no shower so this would have to be installed). In the loft there is a double bedroom with lovely balcony, single bedroom and anteroom which could be used as third bedroom. The house has been lovingly maintained and is in good overall condition and alpine style.
