A delightful modernised farmhouse divided into 2 appartments, set in 7 hectares of meadows and woodland, with large wooden barn and historic cider press. Though remote and tranquil, it is 45 minutes from Celje and near skiing,paragliding and walking. The ground floor appartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a woodstove, a sitting room with stone fireplace, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dryer, shower room and large hall with range for heating both upstairs and downstairs.  The upper appartment has two very large rooms with fantastic views which can be used as sitting or bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, shower room and dining hall.  Satellite dish.  There is a cellar under the house with cider making equipment and outside is a historic cider press.  There is also an enormous wooden barn. The 7 hectares of land consist of meadow, fruit trees, mainly apples, and woodland and are full of wild flowers in the spring. Deer can be seen regularly.  The house is reached along half a mile of gravel road in good condition from the tarred road that leads to the top of Lisca mountain where there is a bar and reataurant.  Here there is a para-gliding jump off and walking trails, and in winter there are ski lifts and skiing. The nearest town is Sevnice, 12 kms, with shops and supermarkets and good train service to Ljubliana.  The spa town of Lasko is half hour away and Celje a further quarter hour.
