Bovec is one of the most famous tourist areas in Slovenia. It is well known for outdoor river activities and skiing on ski resort Kanin which has only recently connected with the Italian ski resort Sella Nevea. The apartment is situated in the Kaninska Vas development in a peaceful location a short walk from the centre of Bovec. The apartment is on the first floor and is on two floors. On the bottom floor there is an entry hall, a bathroom, bedroom and open plan kitchen / living room / dining room. From the dining area a staircase leads to the top floor where is a further bedroom that sleeps up to 4. There is also a store room which belongs to the apartment. Excellent flat building plot for residential - tourist building in an outstanding position in the charming village of Cezsoca 3 km from Bovec. The plot is on the edge of the building zone meaning there are fantastic open mountain views on two sides and farmland beyond. On the other side is the access from the village and an excellent restaurant very close by and a shop a short walk away. The village has a leading kayak centre with a jumping in point to the Soca river as well as several "beach" areas. The plot is available to buy as a whole or in parts on condition that the the part taken comprises some farmland and some building land. Zaga is an attractive village in a beautiful position on the Soca valley just a few kms away (10 minutes drive) from the charming resort of Bovec and the Kanin-Sella Nevea ski resort. It is a rare opportunity to by building land in the area. The land plot is situated at the end of the village and it is flat, which is convenient for building.
