Next to the main property there is another smaller self contained house with garage (cca.60m2) accessed via the garden with scope for use for rental purposes. In the garden there is a wooden barn / garage, wood shed, and another building used as a Summer outdoor dining room. The Krka river is well known for excellent kayaking and there is fly fishing very close to the house.
